Dear Parents and Guardians,
The district has introduced a new visitor management system at all campuses to help us keep students safe and improve how we track visitors, student check-ins, and check-outs.
Upon arrival, all visitors will check in electronically, and the system will print a photo ID badge to be worn while in the building. The system also supports student late arrivals and early departures, ensuring every student is properly checked in or out each day. This added step provides an extra layer of safety, especially in the event of an emergency.
Here’s what you can expect:
Visitors: All guests will check in and receive a photo ID badge to wear while in the building.
Student Service Providers: Professionals who work with students (such as therapists or counselors) will also check in through the system.
Student Check-In: Students arriving late will sign in, receive a badge to use as a hall pass, and their teacher will be notified of their arrival.
Student Check-Out: Parents/guardians checking a student out early will complete the process through the system, creating a record of who picked them up.
Our goal is simple—to enhance student safety while making the check-in and check-out process smooth and efficient for families.
